What you may do You may download, install and use Asqu for free, for any purpose, personal or work, on as many of your own computers as you like. 2. Who owns Asqu Asqu, including its program, code, design and name, is owned by Scott Mackey. You are given permission to use it, not ownership of it. Everything not expressly allowed here is reserved. 3. No warranty Asqu is provided "as is", without any promise that it is free of faults or suitable for any purpose. You use it at your own risk. Keep your own backups of anything important. 6. Limits on liability As far as the law allows, Scott Mackey is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of Asqu, including lost data, lost profits or indirect loss. Nothing in this licence limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. 7.
